Hi! Welcome to the little space in my life....

I see my role as one of the little caliphs on earth. Was a copy writer in a dot.com company, a jr.pr. manager in a broadcasting company (with Ramona Rahman as my boss) and a HR manager in an ICT company, before I ended up in this UPM Uni after my Ph.D...


My character?

Well, used to be a stubborn-headed person..Nope...hold on a second! Still am, ha ha!

Used to be what the Malay called 'so manja..', but now a hardened character due to lots and lots of life episodes.

Who keeps me going?

My kids....Ameer Ihsan, Ariff Wafiy and Aleeya Safiyya...

Who keeps me smiling?

My motivating parents...

My best mentor and coach in career building?

My hubby....who has introduced to me the meaning of high performance culture...
